As our international branch continues to expand, we are looking to develop our admissions team and invite talented individuals to be part of our exciting growth. We are currently in search of an admissions representative specializing in Eastern Europe, CIS countries, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. As part of this role, the primary responsibility will be to facilitate enrollment success in these regions by assisting parents from their initial inquiry all the way through their child's enrollment in our school.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the application process.
  • Representing the school at fairs and events, both independently and with partners.
  • Managing the admissions calendar and organizing visits for prospective parents, students, and agents, conducting campus tours and open houses, showcasing the school in a professional and positive manner.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Admissions to plan and execute successful admissions events, as well as assist with recruitment projects and alumni network development.
  • Coordinating with school management and relevant coordinators to facilitate admissions.
  • Reviewing applications, supporting documentation, and assisting with the visa process.
  • Maintaining records of place offers and agent commissions.
  • Oversee application deposits and dealing with admissions invoice queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospective students in Open Apply, including initial application, offer information, financial and contract details and acceptance status.
  • Assist the Head of Admissions and the Head of Boarding to implement best practice processes to increase retention.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Sales management experience (BA) with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with families and agents across continents.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and database applications.
  • Strong literacy skills for preparing correspondence and maintaining records to a high standard.
  • Absolute discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to work, personal integrity, and a drive to prioritize the best interests of students and the school.
