Miqo brings over a decade of leadership in boarding and pastoral care to Saint-Charles International School. With a background in Sports Science, counselling, and multiple BSA accreditations, he combines expertise in safeguarding, student development, and operational excellence.

Fluent in several languages, he bridges cultures with ease and builds strong relationships with students, parents, and staff. For Miqo, boarding is more than supervision — it is human development, resilience, and growth.

With a degree in Architecture, a certification in teaching English as a foreign language, and over ten years of pastoral and residential experience, he blends professional expertise with a natural talent for connecting across cultures.

With a degree in Finance and Accounting and ongoing studies in Psychology, she brings both analytical precision and human understanding to her work. Her psychology training enables her to provide meaningful guidance, foster emotional resilience, and support students as they navigate the challenges of growing up in an international environment.
