Day students – Residents of the Canton of Jura
Day students – Residents of other Cantons

HELMUT PTACEK Scholarships
The Ptacek Scholarship honours the life and values of Helmut Ptacek by supporting promising students with financial need, enabling them to flourish at Saint-Charles International School.
WHO WAS HELMUT?
A brilliant engineer with the instincts of an entrepreneur, Helmut Ptacek built solutions where others saw problems. From a living room start-up to an international platform, he showed how precision, courage, and imagination can transform an industry.
What defined him most, however, was his belief that talent should never be limited by circumstance. Helmut invested generously in young people facing financial barriers, helping them learn, grow, and realise their potential.
That belief lives on through scholarships at Saint-Charles International School, where his daughter, Annabell Ptacek, continues his vision with quiet strength and purpose. Each scholarship reflects what Helmut stood for: opportunity, dignity, and the discipline to turn potential into achievement.
